Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the free fee check
How long does the free fee check take?
About sixty seconds. You answer a few quick questions and see an estimated savings range on the spot. The full written audit lands within one business day.
What do I need to send you?
One recent processing statement. That is it. We read every line so you do not have to, and your statement stays private and is never sold.
Do I have to switch processors?
No. The audit just shows you what you pay and whether it is fair. If switching saves you money you can do it, and we handle the move. If it does not, we tell you to stay put.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. The audit is free to you. Our processing partner pays us only if you choose to switch and you actually save. If you do not save, you owe nothing.
Which businesses do you help?
Any business that accepts credit cards, from restaurants and retail shops to salons, auto shops, and offices. If you take cards, you have a statement worth reading.
Is my statement kept private?
Yes. Your statement is used only to run your audit. It stays private and is never sold or shared.
How do you get paid if it is free to me?
Our processing partner pays us a referral fee, but only if you choose to switch and you actually save. That is the whole model. We only win when you win.
What if my current rate is already fair?
Then we tell you so and you keep what you have. A no-savings answer is still a useful answer, and it still costs you nothing.
